I own and operate a brick-and-mortar shop in San Jose, CA., and have served the community and beyond for over 35 years, offering my customers the highest quality products and service. The easiest and most effective way for you to order is through this site’s online shopping cart, which is located through the Products section of this web site.
We use the Paypal shopping System which allows you to purchase directly and securely with any credit card or with your Pay Pal account. Also, we accept payment through Stripe, which is a trusted credit card processor for internet purchases. Stripe allows us to accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Telephone and email mail orders are also welcomed. For security reasons, please do not send your credit card information via email. You may call/text 408-623-2902 Skin Deep with your credit card information.

Shipping Rates and Information
Shipping Rates Domestic:
- $30.00 or less = $8.50
- $30.00 to $60.00 = $9.75
- $60.00 to $90.00 = $12.00
- $90.00 to $150.00 = $15.00
- over $150.00 = free!
USPS Flat Rate International Shipping:
- $80.00USD *This service includes International Package Tracking/Insurance and therefore is a bit more expensive.
- 5-21 Business days (based upon your countries’ specific Customs rules/regulations) with insurance and tracking.
- Product shipped based upon availability
Email Liz before placing your order online to check product availability. Be specific in the product(s) you wish to order. Best way to do this would be to fill your shopping cart with which products you wish to order, and then email the contents of that page from your Browser to Liz - Large orders may need to be shipped in more than one box. If this is the case with your order, you may be notified of additional shipping charges.
Additional Shipping Information:
We ship based upon availability of the item (s) you have ordered. Usually within 1 – 3 business days. However if a product is Backordered or temporarily out of stock by the Manufacturer we do our best to get it to you as soon as it becomes available. This may take several weeks if an item is being re-formulated or re-packaged. Please be patient if this is the case and your order doesn’t arrive within a week of your ordering.
**If an item is temporarily discontinued or semi permanently out of stock due to FDA testing or regulations we will refund your money as soon as this is revealed to our ordering department.
Due to the highly regulatory(for your own good!) nature of the Professional Cosmetic Industry these are often necessary delays to keep our products up to Industry Standards.
